All belt buckles are made individually. They are welded using a Tig welding process that creates extremely detailed and controlled weld beads. Mild steel and stainless steel are combined in some buckles. After being welded Johnsons’ Paste Wax is applied to preserve the finish. After purchasing, apply wax if any dull spots occur. These buckles will last a lifetime.
